Alok Jain, MD

Board Certified Psychiatrist

Dr. Alok Jain is a board-certified psychiatrist through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has over 30 years experience as a physician and has been practicing psychiatry for 26 years. Dr Jain attended medical school in India at the prestigious King George’s Medical University in Lucknow. From there, he came to the United States and completed his residency in psychiatry at the University of Missouri Columbia and was honored as the Top Resident, Psychiatry. Initially, Dr. Jain worked several years in the underserved and rural area of West Plains, Missouri where he treated patients of all ages with both psychiatric and medical conditions. From there, he held positions with CoxHealth Springfield serving as the Medical Director of Geriatric Psychiatry-Inpatient Unit, Residency Faculty Advisor, outpatient psychiatrist, and for the bulk of his career- consultation/liaison psychiatrist. During his time as a consultation/liaison psychiatrist Dr. Jain successfully treated and diagnosed the most life-threatening and complex diagnoses such as neuroleptic malignant syndrome, lithium toxicity, serotonin syndrome, acute overdoses, thyroid toxicity, acute alcohol withdrawal, malignant catatonia, and became an expert in managing the medications of patients with acute/chronic medical conditions who also needed psychiatric care. His work became well recognized and appreciated by his peers earning him year after year the honor of 417 Magazine’s Top Psychiatrist between 2002-2020. Dr. Jain decided to go into private practice in 2018 with his wife Breanna Jain (also board certified in psychiatry) after they saw an unmet need for patients in the community who were experiencing unnecessarily long wait times and poor access to psychiatric services. They opened their first Eustasis Clinic in March of that year and have been treating patients across the lifespan in all aspects of psychiatric care ever since. Dr. Jain is the Medical Director of Eustasis and currently works very closely with all of his staff on managing patient treatment. Dr. Jain also obtained recertification in psychiatry in both 2009 and 2019 and keeps up-to-date with all new state of the art options. He is trained/certified in multiple psychiatric and addiction modalities for treatment resistant conditions including Spravato (esketamine), buprenorphine (MAT-certified), rTMS treatment, QB Test for ADHD, and Clozapine. In his free time Dr. Jain enjoys spending time with his large family, going for walks, watching movies, and studying the stock market.

Steven M. Kory, MD

Board Certified Psychiatrist

Dr. Steven Kory is triple board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in General Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry and Geriatric Psychiatry. Dr. Kory attended medical school at the University of Missouri-Columbia and completed his psychiatric residency at the University of Louisville. In addition, he is trained in various neuromodulation therapies such as electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and vagal nerve stimulation(VNS). He is also a member of the American Psychiatric Association.

Over the past 28 years, Dr. Kory has served on numerous advisory boards, taught psychiatric residents, lectured on various topics in psychiatry/neurology and participated in clinical trials. He is also entrusted as a lecturer and on the speaker panel for many pharmaceutical companies as an expert opinion.

He is also currently an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. Dr. Kory has been named as 417 Magazine’s Top Psychiatrist Joplin, MO area. He also serves as Medical Director for several rural hospital programs in Kansas serving the geriatric community.

Dr. Kory and his wife, Tracy have recently joined the Eustasis family and he will be serving as the Medical Director at the new Eustasis outpatient center!

In his free time, Dr. Kory enjoys spending time with his family, cycling and hiking, playing pickleball and traveling.

Alicia Thompson, MD

Child/Adolescent and General Psychiatrist

 Dr. Alicia Thompson is an experienced and well-loved psychiatrist of over 23 years. She completed her psychiatry residency and subsequent child/adolescent fellowship from the University of Missouri Columbia. She has served successfully in all aspects of mental health treatment including physician and director of acute inpatient, outpatient, and residential treatment centers. Dr. Thompson has started several programs for youth and families and joins Eustasis as the director of child services. Families love the expertise and kind hearted nature of Dr. Thompson and her safe and effective approaches to treating the most vulnerable of populations.  Dr. Thompson also is well qualified and has great experience in treating adults and is MAT certified to help those with dual diagnosis.

A. Breanna Jain

CEO, DNP, PMHNP-BC, CARN-AP

Dr. (Alisha) Breanna Jain is a Board Certified Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and is the Chief Executive Officer and Cofounder of Eustasis Psychiatric & Addiction Health. She started her medical career in 2011 and obtained her RN degree through Cox College where she graduated with honours. From there, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Missouri Kansas City (UMKC) for both her Masters and Doctoral degrees and obtained board certifications through the ANCC as a PMHNP-BC, and the ABSNC as a Certified Addiction Registered Nurse in Advanced Practice (CARN-AP). Her body of work on walk-in psychiatry was accepted for dissemination at the American Psychiatric Nurses Association’s National Conference. Dr. Breanna Jain has many years experience in mental health and the medical field and has been well trained in psychopharmacology, child/adolescent psychiatry, addiction, and complex psychiatric conditions that require medical expertise. She is MAT certified and truly enjoys helping those in need, her treatment philosophy is that “no patient should suffer.” If there is something that could be better, it should be better- and she works to find a solution whether that includes more advanced modalities like esketamine, life saving medications such as clozapine, or providing supportive psychotherapy. In 2018, Drs. Breanna and Alok Jain felt led to serve the community and opened their practice to serve those in need. Dr. Breanna Jain was recognized as one of Springfield’s Most Influential Women by the Springfield Business Journal through her work as the CEO of Eustasis, particularly for her efforts while pregnant during the COVID-19 Pandemic in keeping their clinic open and providing crisis intervention. The Jains have seven children, love traveling, and vegan cooking. She grew up in California and loves fashion, music, and cinema. She understands the needs patients face in managing their lives and coping with mental health, and is always looking for new ways to make her patients’ treatment successful.

Kelly Petree, APRN

PMHNP-BC

Kelly Petree, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a board certified psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner. She moved to Springfield from Kansas City just to be a part of the work here as she felt strongly that patients deserved immediate and quality access to care. She is a fantastic asset to the team at Eustasis, if she is not saving stray kittens she is working late seeing walk-in patients at the clinic never leaving until every patient is seen! Kelly is no stranger to the fast pace of the medical field and was an experienced emergency room department nurse and intensive care unit charge nurse prior to completing her PMHNP degree from Walden. Upon graduating with her PMHNP degree she worked in the Intensive Outpatient Unit and Partial Hospitalization Program for Signature in Kansas City before coming and bringing her expertise to Eustasis. Kelly is very approachable and patients make an immediate connection with her. She enjoys the outdoors and finding adventures! She also has quite the shoe collection!

Stephanie Wells, APRN

DNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-GS

Dr. Stephanie Wells, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-GS received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Missouri State University in 2020.  She is board certified in Family Practice and is obtaining her second board certification from Maryville University in Psychiatry/Mental Health (PMHNP).  Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she was an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse for over 15 years, with almost 12 years exclusively in emergency nursing, including emergency psychiatric services at Cox North. Dr. Wells even braved New York City at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic serving as an ICU nurse. She has been passionate about mental health throughout her entire medical career and shows limitless compassion and competence in care towards those who are suffering. Dr. Wells is noticed by her peers as being extremely in tune to the medical complications and comorbid conditions that often impact psychiatric patients and often serves as a source of expertise to her team.

Amy Baremore, APRN

PMHNP-BC, MSN/MBA

My passion has always been to help as many people as I can. With a Bachelor’s in Biology and in Chemistry as well as a Master’s in Business, I started in the medical field working for biopharmaceutical firms in Kansas, California, and Spain. After moving home to Springfield, I earned my Bachelor’s in Nursing and started working toward becoming a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. As a nurse, I’ve been able to help new mothers and babies in labor and delivery, help critically injured people in the neuro-trauma ICU, and care for those on hospice. In working with patients who need help with mental health concerns, I found my calling as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I rely on my experience and values as well as my commitment to personalized and individualized care to provide holistic solutions for both mind and body to everyone I see.

Charles Eldridge, APRN

PMHNP-BC

Charles obtained his PMHNP-BC degree from Walden University and completed his site training at Eustasis. He is able to conduct psychiatric care with efficiency and empathy and is frequently requested by patients as a provider of choice. Charles had many years of prior psychiatric experience before joining Eustasis full time, where he worked at Cox North Inpatient as a charge nurse for years. His wife Olga is also a Psychiatric RN and Nurse Administrator with Eustasis and the two have several children together. Both the Eldridge’s feel passionately about mental health and have made a family commitment to serve this group of patients! Charles is very approachable and kind hearted- his patients love him. He has shown a strong level of compassion and competence for patients from all walks of life. He is a safe and effective clinician who has the most important quality of a mental health professional- he listens to his patients!

Stephanie Bohannon, APRN

PMHNP-BC

Stephanie Bohannon is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Stephanie graduated from the University of South Alabama with her APRN degree and focus in Lifespan Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing. She has been a practicing nurse since 2013 and competed her undergraduate studies at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. Since then, her entire nursing career has been focused in mental health and psychiatry. Stephanie has diverse experiences in mental health, including inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, detox/addiction centers, medical psychiatric units, and even working with residential adolescents with maladaptive behaviors. Stephanie has also worked closely in interdisciplinary settings with those in the psychological field and has a good grasp of the importance of medication management in addition to lifestyle modification and supportive therapy. Stephanie is committed to her patients and believes in treating her patients from a holistic standpoint, including examining mental and social factors that may be contributing to their conditions. Her passion for family, love of animals, and the practice of aerial yoga fills her free time, and also gives her great points of reference to assist her patients from a psychotherapeutic standpoint. Stephanie is working to bring quality and expeditious care to Northwest Arkansas and expanding her reach to Missouri.

Jennifer Penne, PMHNP-BC

Pediatric Specialist

Jennifer Penne is an experienced board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who received her advanced training from University of Missouri Columbia graduating in 2009. Since then she has obtained years of experience as an advanced practice provider in settings such as Ozark Guidance primarily working with pediatric patients from all walks of life with the most challenging and advanced clinical presentations. She has treated children and adolescents in both the inpatient and outpatient settings with psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, and crisis stabilization. Jennifer is well respected in the psychiatric community for providing skilled pediatric care but also for her work with adult patients. For this reason, she has been a highly sought after preceptor for students in other advanced practice training programs and has served as an educator for many current and future providers. Jennifer has used her love for teaching not only with students, but also in supportive therapy modalities with families, patients, and social services. Jennifer is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and actively involved in the enhancement and advocacy of the nursing profession and has served as a paradigm to the nursing profession. At Eustasis she has enhanced the treatment of pediatric patients affording same day care for mental health needs. She handles even the most intense crises with skill and dignity. Jennifer is also a mother and knows the balance of family and work and strives to provide a holistic approach to her patients.

Nicholas Perryman, APRN

PMHNP-BC

Nicholas Perryman, PMHNP-BC graduated from Cox College as as psychiatric nurse practitioner after completing most of his training at Eustasis where he dealt frequently with the life threatening conditions recognized here such as lithium and depakote toxicity, withdrawal, suicidality, homocidality, and agranulocytosis. Nicholas has a strong duty to patient safety, and practiced as a psychiatric RN at Cox North hospital before obtaining his advanced practice degree which gave him a keen ability to detect extreme situations. Nicholas has proved to be skilled with psychopharmacology and has shown great compassion in helping patients with substance related issues. He has the ability to look outside the box when patient concerns do not fit the typical mold and find underlying causes. Nicholas is married to an LCSW-therapist and both he and his wife are committed to helping the underserved. He enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and stock trading. Nicholas has a great sense of humor and finds ways to relate to patients of all ages.

Paulette Sheagren, FPMHNP-BC, APRN

Paulette completed her training with Eustasis during her graduate studies and worked closely with Jennifer Penne and Dr. Steven Kory to expand her knowledge base and has been a great part of the Eustasis team. She graduated with her master’s from Walden University and completed her board certification through the ANCC as a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her undergraduate degree in nursing was obtained from Waubonsee College in Illinois in 1994, and prior to that she had already received a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Urbana-Champaign. Paulette is not new to psychiatry. She has worked for several years as a crisis stabilization charge nurse, and helped develop protocols for their new units and trained staff on these measures, she also has served as a therapeutic treatment nurse, working with pediatric-adolescent populations, and has held numerous positions in detox and crisis facilities, inpatient units, and had held a longstanding career in mental health which reflects in her work and gentle and therapeutic approach towards patients across the lifespan.

​Lisa McCoy, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC

Lisa’s knowledge and experience is vast and diverse with a solid background in both family medicine and psychiatry making her skill set a huge asset to the patients she serves. Lisa obtained her undergraduate degree in nursing from Cox College in 1991, and then obtained her master’s in science in Nursing from Walden University, with her certification in Family Practice through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners in 2016, and her subsequent post-masters from Frontier University in 2020 and board certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Frontier University as well. She has worked with all ages including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, and adult/geriatric patients and successfully treated complex conditions with a multidisciplinary approach. Lisa is also MAT certified and has a careful and empathetic approach to vulnerable populations. Lisa is well traveled and enjoys riding motorcycles and the joy of education; she considers herself a lifelong learner.

Katelyn Moore-Cleous, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-(S)

Katelyn has a very approachable demeanor and is a skilled clinician.  Prior to joining Eustasis Katelyn acted as the main provider for Mercy Urgent Care in Branson. She has extensive experience treating patients of all ages and has a strong medical background that has paired well with psychiatry. As a nurse she worked in Neuro-Trauma Intensive Care at both Mercy and Johns Hopkins. Her work at Mercy even landed her a Daisy Award in 2019 which is outstanding recognition for patient care in the profession of nursing. Prior to working as a nurse, she was a teacher and lifeguard. Katelyn obtained her undergraduate degree with honors from Three Rivers College and Central Methodist University. She then obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University, graduating with a 4.0 and her American Association of Nurse Practitioners board certification in Family Practice. She is currently pursuing her post-masters from Purdue University and completing her second board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She also obtained her Trauma Nursing Care Certification from the Emergency Nurses Association. Katelyn has a strong knowledge base and is well versed in mental health through her urgent care work and training at Eustasis. She enjoys spending time with her husband and family.

Rita Giglio, FPMHNP-BC, APRN

Rita is extremely sharp and has a high degree of insight into patients and their mental health concerns. She expresses her interest in the mental health field as a calling, after dealing with loved ones with mental health and knowing the obstacles to overcome for quality treatment. Rita has made a career in helping others through their most difficult times. Rita obtained her undergraduate degree in nursing from Vernon College in Texas, and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2020 and is a board certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is well trained across the lifespan and also has a career/training with the most complex physical and mental health combined conditions with her work in consultation liaison psychiatry. Rita has even worked as a house supervisor of the famous Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. She has well developed psychotherapy and medication management skills and will work diligently to find the right solutions for her patients as an advocate.

Caden Middleton, FPMHNP-BC, APRN

Pediatric Specialist

Caden is instantly likeable and has a down to earth and patient centric style of practice. He completed his undergraduate training through Butler Community and Wichita State University in 2012, and 2018.  In 2020, he graduated from Walden University with his Master of Science in Nursing and became a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Prior to joining Eustasis, Caden spent a year working exclusively in pediatrics for a busy multi-disciplinary pediatric clinic performing all aspects of mental health including medication management and psychotherapy for children and adolescents. His experience also includes years of nursing in intensive care units including neuro trauma. He also spent time in the Amazon Jungle for a one of the kind program in ethnopharmacology studying the arts of plant medicine which gave him a unique examination of holistic approaches to treating human conditions. He has recently moved to join the Eustasis team from Oregon after having spent time traveling the United States in various positions giving him a comprehensive background in medical and life training.

Erin Raymond, FNP-C, Psychiatry/Mental Health Provider, MAT-Waivered

Erin Raymond, APRN, FNP-C has had a calling for serving others throughout her life. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner currently obtaining her psychiatric and mental health post-masters degree. She graduated from Chamberlain University in 2019 and is currently enrolled in Purdue University. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Missouri State University in 2012 graduating as a registered nurse with honors. Erin’s career has afforded her complex and intense experience as a trauma nurse practitioner in the emergency room at CoxHealth and additional experience as a certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner. She is also a MAT waivered provider obtaining her SAMSHA training and ability to treat patients with comorbid addiction and mental health issues. She is used to dealing with patients in extreme crisis and has the ability to stay calm under pressure and provide excellent comprehensive care. Erin’s dedication to serve extends far beyond the call of nursing and advanced practice as she has been an active member of the Army National Guard since 2006 receiving the rank of sergeant before receiving a commission to the Army Reserves where she has served as a platoon leader of combat medical personnel since 2013. She has excelled in leadership and had advanced military training in combat medicine including enhanced certification in Sexual Harassment and Assault Rape Prevention. She has received three Daisy Nominations which is an award for those who display extraordinary service to recognized hospitals with patients across the U.S. Erin is uniquely qualified to address the needs of trauma victims from all walks of life, with enhanced knowledge of military life, emergency medicine, and victims of sexual assault making her an excellent provider to counsel those in the most challenging of life circumstances. Her further training with enhanced psychiatry and mental health curriculum further exemplifies her lifelong commitment to being “Twice the Citizen!”


  PSYCHOLOGY

Dr. Joann McGuire, PsyD

Eustasis is so excited to welcome Dr. Joann McGuire to the team! Dr. McGuire is an outstanding doctoral clinical and neuropsychologist with unparalleled experience in the acute/medical inpatient setting. She has first class knowledge of treating patients who are needing therapy during the most difficult times, including those going through life threatening changes such as cancer, heart surgery, or end of life measures and therefore has a strong background for helping patients who may be struggling with fear due to the unpredictable COVID-19 Virus. Dr. McGuire has experience with conversion disorder, neuropsych testing, MMPI, and other types of screenings. She received the full APA accreditation and graduated with honors from Forest Institute with her Doctor of Psychology and an emphasis on Neuropsychology-Adult and Geriatric and Neuropsychology- Child and Adolescent. She wrote her dissertation on Grief Reactions, subjective life expectancy, and risk taking in adolescents. Prior to that, she attended Missouri State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Masters in Counseling, and her Bachelors in Psychology with a Minor in Instrumental Music Education from Missouri Southern State University. She has over 30 years experience in the psychological field and brings a high level of expertise to the practice. She has worked as an acute medical psychologist before Eustasis for the last 10 years at CoxHealth and before that as a neuropsychologist for the Mercy system where she provided inpatient neuropsychological evaluations and assessments. Dr. McGuire is also a brilliant psychoanalyst and can do advanced strategies such as interpretive work, psychodynamics, and even restructuring.

Yvonda Schwartz, LPC

Addiction Specialist

Yvonda is no stranger to mental health and addiction treatment, having spent over 40 years in the field with these occupations: Detox/Psychiatric Technician, Director of Detoxification, Director of Sobering Center, Counselor, and she was the Director/Asst Vice President with up to 22 locations at one time.

Yvonda received her BS in Psychology & Social Work and her Masters of Counseling form Missouri State University. She is also certified as Medication Awareness Recovery Specialist from MO Credentialing Board and a Licensed Professional Counselor from the Professional Registration in MO. Yvonda specializes in substance use addiction and mental health (e.g. directing, marketing and social media; presentation of multicultural awareness; leadership & coaching training) and has successfully served a diverse population of clients over all life spans.

Yvonda enjoys spending time with her family, fishing and boating, traveling with her husband, and her dog.

Kyle Watson, LPC

ABA Specialist

Kyle is a licensed professional counselor who has worked in mental health for over 10 years. Kyle attended Missouri State University with a major in Clinical Psychology and a minor in Biomedical Science, and also attended Evangel University for graduate school where he earned his Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. Kyle specializes in individual, group and family therapy. He has experience with divorce, trauma, dual diagnosis, as well as family assistance with conduct disorders and autistic spectrum behavior. Kyle uses a wide variety of therapy including Applied Behavior Analysis and Cognitive Therapy to help find personal solutions that fit your needs.

Kyle also enjoys, camping, hiking, fishing, and canoeing. He is also an avid cyclist who enjoys riding the bike trails around the Ozarks!

During his time as a consultation/liaison psychiatrist Dr. Jain successfully treated and diagnosed the most life-threatening and complex diagnoses such as neuroleptic malignant syndrome, lithium toxicity, serotonin syndrome, acute overdoses, thyroid toxicity, acute alcohol withdrawal, malignant catatonia, and became an expert in managing the medications of patients with acute/chronic medical conditions who also needed psychiatric care. His work became well recognized and appreciated by his peers earning him year after year the honor of 417 Magazine’s Top Psychiatrist between 2002-2020. Dr. Jain decided to go into private practice in 2018 with his wife Breanna Jain (also board certified in psychiatry) after they saw an unmet need for patients in the community who were experiencing unnecessarily long wait times and poor access to psychiatric services. They opened their first Eustasis Clinic in March of that year and have been treating patients across the lifespan in all aspects of psychiatric care ever since. Dr. Jain is the Medical Director of Eustasis and currently works very closely with all of his staff on managing patient treatment. Dr. Jain also obtained recertification in psychiatry in both 2009 and 2019 and keeps up-to-date with all new state of the art options. He is trained/certified in multiple psychiatric and addiction modalities for treatment resistant conditions including Spravato (esketamine), buprenorphine (MAT-certified), rTMS treatment, QB Test for ADHD, and Clozapine. In his free time Dr. Jain enjoys spending time with his large family, going for walks, watching movies, and studying the stock market.

Steven M. Kory, MD

Dr. Steven Kory is triple board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in General Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry and Geriatric Psychiatry. Dr. Kory attended medical school at the University of Missouri-Columbia and completed his psychiatric residency at the University of Louisville. In addition, he is trained in various neuromodulation therapies such as electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and vagal nerve stimulation(VNS). He is also a member of the American Psychiatric Association.

Over the past 28 years, Dr. Kory has served on numerous advisory boards, taught psychiatric residents, lectured on various topics in psychiatry/neurology and participated in clinical trials. He is also entrusted as a lecturer and on the speaker panel for many pharmaceutical companies as an expert opinion.

He is also currently an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. Dr. Kory has been named as 417 Magazine’s Top Psychiatrist Joplin, MO area. He also serves as Medical Director for several rural hospital programs in Kansas serving the geriatric community.

Dr. Kory and his wife, Tracy have recently joined the Eustasis family and he will be serving as the Medical Director at the new Eustasis outpatient center!

In his free time, Dr. Kory enjoys spending time with his family, cycling and hiking, playing pickleball and traveling.

Miranda joined Eustasis in 2019 and has been organized and efficient in all things! As the Chief Administrative Officer of Eustasis Miranda has helped with the execution of the visions of the CEO and CFO. She is near completion at Evangel where she will finalize her Business Administration degree. Prior to that she attended James River Leadership College. Miranda is very forward thinking and handles high levels of pressure with great dignity.  She knows the kind of commitment and work ethic needed to effectively run a mental health clinic and helps instill this in the working environment at the clinic.

Tracy has extensive experience in recruiting, human resources and management in healthcare. Her career started in recruitment and public relations for a staffing firm then evolved to physician recruitment for several healthcare facilities in Missouri. Tracy’s last position was supervising 5 clinics in youth services for a community mental health center. She is a motivated and detail-oriented manager with excellent interpersonal skills. She is fluent in both English and Vietnamese. Tracy has recently joined Eustasis as the Chief Clinic Officer for the new outpatient center! Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, playing pickleball, traveling with her husband, crocheting and love of all things décor.

Ashley is the liaison between the clinic with health insurance organizations, universities, provider relations, and credentialing entities. Ashley is also the HIPAA compliance officer. Ashley has many years of experience in working with hospital organizations and provider offices to ensure the efficiency of operations. Ashley is very thorough, conscientious, and ensures things get done properly. Ashley would be the first stop for any students looking to intern or discuss the possibility of having a preceptor at Eustasis.

Sheryl is well known by Eustasis patients as one of the first faces you will see at our walk-in clinic and main headquarters. Sheryl has been an integral part of streamlining the front office and ensuring patient success. If this means staying until 730 PM to ensure every partient is seen, Sheryl will be there! She is patient centric, a team player, and always there to make you laugh. Sheryl moved here from Colorado with years of healthcare experience and has been there through all of the changes COVID-19 brought and never once missed a day of work throughout the whole pandemic. She is the backbone of the front office and much loved by the community she serves.

Megan has been our long-standing lab coordinator and is an integral part of the Eustasis team. She has an amazing and sincere approach with patients and is responsible for overseeing the operations of the lab, CLIA measures, performing urine drug screens, phlebotomy, and serving as a mentor for many students and nurses in her department. She has great skill in complex draws and is able to ensure all patients obtain the appropriate testing necessary for their safety and care.
