My passion has always been to help as many people as I can. With a Bachelor’s in Biology and in Chemistry as well as a Master’s in Business, I started in the medical field working for biopharmaceutical firms in Kansas, California, and Spain. After moving home to Springfield, I earned my Bachelor’s in Nursing and started working toward becoming a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. As a nurse, I’ve been able to help new mothers and babies in labor and delivery, help critically injured people in the neuro-trauma ICU, and care for those on hospice. In working with patients who need help with mental health concerns, I found my calling as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
